This is a non-voice backend role focused on ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our new customers. You’ll be working behind the scenes to support internal stakeholders and processes that set our clients up for success on the Toast platform.

  • Execute critical onboarding tasks and workflows.

Associate Onboarding Consultant – Onboarding Support (Backend | Non-Voice Process)

🕒 Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift) | Rotational Shifts (Including UK/US time zones)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Onboarding Consultant to join our Onboarding Support team. This is a non-voice backend role focused on ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our new customers. You’ll be working behind the scenes to support internal stakeholders and processes that set our clients up for success on the Toast platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute critical onboarding tasks and workflows in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, and Asana to track progress and manage tasks.
  • Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues and support new product rollouts.
  • Maintain and meet defined SLAs while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

**Document onboarding updates and communicate effectively with internal teams (written/email-based).

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in backend customer support, onboarding, or operational support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (for internal collaboration).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

**Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones).
