Job Description

Oh BiBi is looking for an Associate Producer to join our talented team on a new unannounced title. You are a Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused individual with great interpersonal skills and an understanding of game development processes. As an Associate Producer, you will work closely with the production, design, art, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of the game’s features and content. You’ll be the organizational centerpiece of the project—tracking progress, ensuring alignment across disciplines, and keeping communication with partners and stakeholders transparent and efficient. This is an opportunity to support the development of a game from Soft launch to liveOps in a fun, collaborative, and high-performance environment.
Must have:
  • Coordinate planning & deliveries
  • Ensure milestones are met
  • Assign bugs and follow their resolution
  • Assist team leads in prioritizing tasks
  • Produce regular documentation
  • Drive external work force production
  • Ensure good quality by regularly testing
  • Ensure good communication with QA team
  • Own the game release process
  • Monitor player and team feedback
  • Keep an up to date backlog

  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

As an Associate Producer, you will work closely with the production, design, art, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality delivery of the game’s features and content. You’ll be the organizational centerpiece of the project—tracking progress, ensuring alignment across disciplines, and keeping communication with partners and stakeholders transparent and efficient. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning & deliveries
  • Ensure milestones are met across all departments by tracking tasks progress and identifying delays in time for them to be addressed.
  • Assign bugs and follow their resolution
  • Assist team leads in prioritizing their team’s tasks according to the overall priorities of the project
  • Produce regular documentation to inform stakeholders on progress and features delivery
  • Drive the production of external work forces and make sure that their delivery is on target
  • Ensure good quality by regularly testing as a user and reporting any issue in product quality, experience or technical performance.
  • Ensure good communication with the QA team on priorities, objectives and test plans
  • Own the release process of the game, from release documentation to QA passes to store delivery
  • Monitor player and team feedback and assist Game Direction in prioritizing tasks
  • Keep an up to date backlog of prioritized items for regular review and prioritization

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Producer, Associate Producer, or Project Manager (Experience in the gaming industry is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (art, design, tech, QA)
  • Fluent in French; Writing in English with ease, fluent is a plus.
