As a Product Designer at CyberArk, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs for web and mobile products, simplifying complex workflows, and enhancing user productivity. You will be expected to execute designs across the full product lifecycle, from early sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready specs. You will also collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and scalable solutions for enterprise users. Responsibilities include creating interfaces, communicating design ideas, maintaining design systems, translating complex requirements, collaborating cross-functionally, leveraging data analytics, and prototyping and testing designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B SaaS company and a passion for innovation.

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer with prior experience in a B2B SaaS company to join our team. You will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that simplify complex workflows and enhance user productivity. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and scalable solutions for enterprise users. 

Responsibilities 

  • Design Execution: Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products. Execute designs across the full product lifecycle — from early sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer-ready specs, with an emphasis on innovation. 

  • Communicate Design Decisions Effectively: Present and communicate design ideas clearly, supporting them with rationale and user insights. 

  • Design Systems & Standards: Maintain and evolve design systems, UI patterns, and accessibility guidelines for consistency and scalability.  

  • Complex Problem-Solving: Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive and efficient designs for enterprise software users. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align and ensure design feasibility. 

  • Data-Driven Design: Leverage data analytics to refine and improve design decisions. 

  • Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Axure to validate design concepts with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in visual design, with 1-2 years of experience (ideally in a B2B SaaS company). 

  • Independent thinker who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Highly energetic with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation. 

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for building relationships; effective communicator with strong presentation skills. 

  • Good visualization skills with the ability to create precise mockups for UX design. 

  • Contribute to the ideation and innovation process, bringing fresh, creative solutions to complex design challenges. 

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, testing methodologies, usability and accessibility concerns, and best practices. 

  • Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles for B2B software applications. 

  • Knowledge and experience working with design infrastructure and components libraries. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Framer etc. 

  • Familiarity with enterprise UI frameworks and design systems (e.g., Material Design) and prior experience building design systems. 

  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, collaborating with developers and product teams. 

  • Required: Portfolio showcasing recent work, with a focus on projects that demonstrate strong visual design, creativity, and a user-centered approach.
