The Product Operations Associate/Specialist/Senior Specialist will manage calendars for Merchandising, Design, Planning, and Omni-Merchandising functions. This role involves owning and maintaining Linear product development milestones and 6-month view calendars, scheduling all product development milestone meetings, and partnering with the Merchandising/Design Ops lead to plan milestone timing. Responsibilities include owning chase design touchpoints, managing OPM and Product Messaging calendar meetings, maintaining invitees for product milestone and standing meetings, and influencing travel timing for key group trips. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, 2-5 years of related work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional calendar and time management skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong attention to detail.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.  

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Manage calendar POC for Merch, Design, Planning + Omni-Merch functions 
  • Owns and maintains Linear product development milestones and 6-month view calendars 
  • Owns scheduling all product development milestones meetings 
  • Partners with Merch / Design Ops lead to plan into milestone timing at calendar creation touchpoints 
  • Owns and maintains chase design touchpoints 
  • Owns OPM and Product Messaging calendar meetings 
  • Maintains invitees on product milestone and product standing meetings 
  • Influence travel timing for key group trips, in partnership with Brand Leads, admins and Merch / Design Ops lead around milestones 
  • Determines ownership of Team and Leads meetings 

What Do You Need To Bring? 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience  
  • 2-5 years of work experience in related field   
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Microsoft Outlook 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills 
  • Strong decision making and proactive problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines calmly in a fast-paced, high volume environment
