Associate Staff Engineer (RUST Developer)

This role requires writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring security and data protection across systems.

Must Have

• Design and implement scalable backend services using Rust.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop real-time messaging and media features.

• Ensure security and data protection across systems.
• At least 3+ years of experience in backend development, with 1+ years in Rust.
• Familiarity with async Rust frameworks (e.g., Tokio, Actix).
• Solid understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar backend tech stack.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
