This role requires writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring security and data protection across systems.

Design and implement scalable backend services using Rust.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop real-time messaging and media features.
Optimize performance-critical components for high concurrency and low latency.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Ensure security and data protection across systems.
At least 3+ years of experience in backend development, with 1+ years in Rust.
Familiarity with async Rust frameworks (e.g., Tokio, Actix).
Solid understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar backend tech stack.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
