AI Conversational UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer (8–12 years) to design and optimize AI-driven conversational experiences across chatbots, voice assistants, and Generative AI interfaces. You will craft intuitive dialogue flows, engineer prompts, and ensure seamless user interaction with AI systems. Key responsibilities include designing dialogue flows, applying UX principles, building prompt libraries, and conducting user research. Must-have skills include Generative AI fundamentals, conversational design, prompt engineering, and Arabic language proficiency.

• Design dialogue flows, intents, and responses for chatbots and voice assistants.
• Apply UX, linguistics, and cognitive psychology principles to conversational design.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, fallback strategies, and evaluation frameworks.
• Conduct user research, develop personas, and analyze conversation logs for improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in agile squads.

Must-Have Skills:
