Job Description
The Associate-UX will lead and mentor a team of UI designers, establishing design standards and fostering innovation. Responsibilities include managing multiple design projects, collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions. The role involves advocating for accessible design, analyzing user feedback, and ensuring design fidelity with front-end development. Staying updated on UI/UX trends and incorporating best practices is crucial for enhancing user experiences.
Must Have:

A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position

- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with front end developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation. Communicate design concepts, solutions, and rationales to stakeholders through presentations and documentation.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design. Incorporate best practices and modern design techniques to enhance user experiences.
