Below are the key attributes for this role: Domain: Understanding in capital markets Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Asset management, Risk and Compliance Technical Understanding and experience in Solutioning / Execution for Digital transformation, cloud adoption, data analytics, AI and lines of services ADM, ASM Should have performed Client Facing roles in execution and defending solutions Should have driven teams towards Innovation and Collaborations with partners, adopting agile approaches. Leading high-performing teams ensures successful project delivery and innovation. Effective Communication and Stakeholder Influence A grasp of budgeting, cost control, and return on investment to contribute to profitability and growth

    2. Transition Milestones
    3. Forecasting Staffing Scheduling
