This is a hybrid position based in Cracow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week.

What You’ll Do:

• We are looking for an Automation Chapter Expert. This is a hybrid position based in Cracow or Warsaw, with on-site work required twice a week.
  What You’ll Do
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies, requirements analysis, and reviews
• Engage in automation meeting sessions, brainstorming and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Design functional and regression tests using automated testing, identifying test coverage needs and methodologies
• Define and implement automation procedures, processes, architecture and best practices approach
• Provide mentorship and guidance to QAA engineers, sharing expertise in automation testing and promoting industry best practices
• Collaborate with teams to define and drive the roadmap for quality assurance
• Work closely with the development team, QAs, and management to ensure comprehensive testing of new features, system integrations, and performance requirements
• Analyze test run results and investigate test failures
• Manage defects: investigate, report, and track them to resolution

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer – Required
• Proven experience in mentoring QAA/QA engineers - Required
• Proven experience in testing of API - Required
• Proven experience with C# programming language – Required
• Proven experience with BDD frameworks - Required
• Strong understanding of Client/Server applications - Required
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills - Required
• Experience with SQL querying, including joins and subqueries - Preferred
• Proven experience in testing of UI - Preferred
• Proven experience in performance testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively work with cross-functional teams and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and share knowledge with team members to deliver high-quality results
• Deep knowledge of test automation approaches and procedures, as well as overall QA practices
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
• SOLID development habits and practices
• Hands on, responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, with excellent learning, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English: for daily communication
