Our Customer Success Strategy & Operations team uses valuable data and market research to help our customers succeed and drive value. Our teams collaborate to identify solutions using competitor and industry trend analysis, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making. We're responsible for facilitating smooth transitions during organizational change efforts that promote employee adoption. You'll be an integral part of solving challenges faced by our frontline teams to help make Zscaler more efficient and effective in meeting our customers' needs.
We're looking for an experienced Automation Consultant to join our Customer Success team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global PS Automation, you'll be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end automation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with clients to assess business processes, workflows, and operations to identify automation opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using industry standard tools and other automation technologies.
- Conduct process discovery workshops, document automation use cases and develop proof-of-concept (PoC) models & provide training and guidance to clients on automation best practices and tool adoption.Monitor and optimize automation workflows to ensure performance.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of Zscaler Deployment experience or related roles within professional services.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) and integration technologies (APIs, Web Services)
- A passion for delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of authentication systems such as MS AD, SAML and containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Relevant certifications in Python, JavaScript development, or security.
