SR SW SYSTEMS ENGINEER 10018 - Build and Release Engineer-AWS-PYTHON/BASH-Linux
Job Description
- BS level technical degree required; Computer Science or Engineering background preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Ansible, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Chart, Helm, Argo.
- Strong follow-through and initiative to stay with issues until they are resolved.
- Comfortable working within a distributed team located in multiple time zones.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECR, Networking) for build environments.
- Develop and maintain build processes using Gradle, npm, Maven, Go, Make.
- Automate microservices packaging with Docker and deployment to test environments using Kubernetes.
- Implement Quality and security best practices in DevOps environments.
- Maintain and implement Static Code Analysis tools like SonarQube, Coverity.
- Work on Integration of UT coverage statics to CI process.
- Work with project artifacts binary repositories tools like Jfrog Artifactory, Nexus, Google Artifact Registry.
- Work on Git Repositories and version control best practices.
- Identify and drive automation of tasks associated with continuous integration.
- Improve the efficiency and speed of CI/CD.
- 5+ years of experience in a build and release engineering role.
- Working experience on Github Version control practices.
- Working experience on automation of workflows related to PR, build, deploy, code quality areas.
- Working experience on container-based architecture and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Working experience on binary repository tools like JFrog Artifactory, Nexus, ECR, Google Registry.
- Good scripting knowledge in groovy, Python, bash, Go.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or any public cloud (Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of Linux.
- Ability to debug Java stack trace.
- Ability to write scripts for automation of Gradle, npm, Maven build process.
- Working knowledge of deployment automation development (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).

Qualifications:
