Job Description

The Marketing Operations Manager will be a key member of the Marketing Business Strategy team, focusing on leveraging insights to inform GTM and marketing investment strategies. This role involves owning reporting for marketing funnel attribution, collaborating on campaign creation and execution, developing and maintaining marketing dashboards, and providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI. The manager will ensure data accuracy and integrity while working cross-functionally to align analytics with marketing goals.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Bizible, Marketo is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels partner business is a plus.

The Team

The Marketing Business Strategy team is an insight-driven team within the Marketing organization, its charter includes strategy and planning, and marketing operations and analytics. The team’s mission is to leverage strategic to inform GTM and marketing investment strategy, in service to company’s growth outcome.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own the reporting for marketing funnel attribution against weekly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Collaborate with field marketing and corporate events leaders for campaign creation, execution and measurement.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align analytics efforts with marketing goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices, and scalable process for data collection and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma).
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Bizible, Marketo is preferred
  • Fluent in communicating in English, written and speaking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels partner business is a plus.
  • Ability to drive results and self-directed in today's virtual work environment.
