We are looking for a driven, solution-oriented engineering manager who is passionate about leading a world-class team to advance system signal integrity technologies. In this role, you'll lead a collaborative team of experts to conceptualize, analyze, characterize, and validate key features related to all aspects of signal integrity designs in iPhone systems. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a critical part in optimizing signal architecture and system integration solutions for the whole iPhone product line.
A strong leader with great leadership skills and extensive signal integrity experience to lead a world-class signal integrity team for the iPhone System Engineering Group. A passion for excellence in engineering initiative and problem-solving, with demonstrated creativity and innovative spirit, to advance cutting-edge signal integrity technology. A strong foundation and deep knowledge in signal integrity theory and practice, including signal simulation and analysis, design flow and methodology, and testing and validation. A proven record and extended experience in successfully managing a signal integrity team, including developing team vision and goals, building technical capabilities, and prioritizing tasks and coverages. A focus on product, being a central part of the iPhone product design and development effort, working very closely and proactively with various cross-functional teams toward the successful product delivery. A mindset of teamwork to foster a positive, active, collaborative, and productive team culture, to recruit and mentor new team members, and to build the team for future growth. A key role in all stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to production, solving complex challenges with creativity and enthusiasm. At , base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $228,100 and $393,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
