Responsibilities:

• Design and execute end-to-end (E2E) testing to validate functionality in integration and production environments
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and cases covering functionality, performance, and accessibility requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle
• Implement and optimize test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent
• Monitor platform data and performance to identify trends and implement continuous improvements
• Establish and optimize QA workflows for seamless integration with development and deployment pipelines
• Transition QA processes from external vendors to an internal team, establishing efficient workflows and automation frameworks
• Integrate test automation into existing platforms to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy
