As an L3 AWS Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for complex AWS-based solutions. You will troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, architect solutions, and provide technical leadership to the support team. Key responsibilities include architectural oversight, designing and optimizing cloud architectures, conducting Well-Architected Framework reviews, complex troubleshooting of hybrid environments and multi-region setups, debugging Lambda functions and API Gateway configurations, implementing advanced security measures like GuardDuty and AWS WAF, conducting security audits, developing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and managing EKS clusters. You will also design disaster recovery mechanisms, manage Kubernetes objects, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, and implement cost management strategies.
