Role of Back Office Manager:

We are looking for a strong Back Office Manager to support us in overcoming constraints and limitations, and breaking down the barriers between AI, anime, and games.

Centering on general affairs, administrative, and accounting duties, you will support the operation of Spellbrush Japan in cooperation with our US headquarters, fully backing the company's growth from behind the scenes.

Main Duties:

• General affairs and administrative tasks
• Accounting and labor support
• Coordination with US headquarters
• Responding to new tasks arising with company growth

• Japanese: Business level or higher
• English: Business level
• Understanding and affinity for anime, games, and two-dimensional culture
• Enjoys working broadly in a small team and a fast-paced environment
