About the role

We are looking for a backend engineer who can be proficient across our tech stack that includes Rails and Postgres. You’ll deliver features with a high degree of independence, collaborating directly with customers on product discovery and support.

Our engineering team is extremely small and we aim to keep it that way. This means that each person on our team carries significant weight and responsibility, and must ship a lot. In return, we have great compensation, zero bureaucracy, little to no meetings, and the opportunity to immensely impact the business each day.

Our team is mostly based out of Salt Lake City, so candidates must have at least 5-hours of overlap with Mountain Time zone. We also appreciate candidates who live in Utah or are interested in relocating (most of our team members are transplants).
