The Role

Join our North American Billing team as a Billing Analyst and play a key role in our operations. In this position, you'll be responsible for executing monthly rental invoices for our clients. You'll work closely with teams across the globe, using your analytical and problem-solving skills to elevate our billing processes and ensure the highest level of accuracy for our American clients. Key Responsibilities

• Gather information and execute monthly rental invoices for multiple clients.
• Act as a central point of contact for internal teams regarding rental inquiries.
• Identify and analyze accounts that require review or special attention.
• Maintain and enforce billing processes to ensure accurate reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an advanced level of English.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a knack for proactive problem-solving.
