Billing and Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, and supporting our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics to effectively analyze billing data and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

What You Will Do:

• Order management and communication with Operations, Sales, Client Success
• Communication with customers on orders and payment status
• Processing orders and ensuring proper billing (domestic and International)
• Process returns requests
• AR Collections Support
• Cross Coordination with Ops and Sales on Order Processing
• Supporting other finance team members with system reconciliations and reporting
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement with team and entire organization
• Support documentation of standard work and enforce company’s best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do You Have:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing
• Associates degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• NetSuite Experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Detail Oriented and organized
• Ability to work Independently

• This role operates in a hybrid or office-based environment, depending on company needs.
• Work is primarily performed in an office setting with standard working hours; however, occasional after-hours support may be required.
• The position requires frequent interaction with employees across different departments, requiring strong collaboration and communication skills.
• The role may involve sitting for extended periods, working on a computer.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
