Job Description
Binance is seeking a Brand Design specialist for its Accelerator Program, offering an immersive experience in the Web3 space. The role involves developing and producing brand assets like illustrations and icons, ensuring global brand identity consistency across platforms. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, creating design toolkits and templates, staying updated on design trends, and contributing to internal creative discussions. The ideal candidate will be a current university student or recent graduate with a background in Graphic Design or Brand Design, possessing a strong understanding of design fundamentals and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with Figma knowledge being a plus. Familiarity with AI image generation for design support is also beneficial.

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Brand Design team, develop and produce brand assets not limited to illustrations and icons which reflect the identity of Binance globally, across various platforms
- Execution of owned brand collateral, tools and communication
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal design team to development design toolkits and templates to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
- Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
- Develop and evolve Branded assets for internal asset library
Requirements:
- Graphic Design or Brand Design-related field major preferred
- Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, colour, and other brand and graphic design fundamentals
- A clear communicator – ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative Studio
- Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Have basic knowledge of using AI to generate images and support design
