The program focuses on accelerating cryptocurrency adoption and increasing the freedom of money. Participants will gain insight into the world's leading blockchain ecosystem and engage in networking and skill development. The role involves supporting the development of user growth strategies for advanced earn business, including user campaigns, product development, and marketing plans. Responsibilities include initiating campaign proposals, collaborating with internal teams, measuring campaign ROI, translating findings into data-driven recommendations, copywriting content, and enhancing user engagement through content planning. The program requires an understanding of industry dynamics and is open to current university students and recent graduates.
Must have:
- Experience in marketing strategy for user growth
- Hands-on experience in operations and community management
- Knowledge in finance and crypto industry
- User insight and modeling skills with business sense
- Basic data analysis tool knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Fluency in English and Mandarin

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities
- Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan.
- Support to develop the user growth strategy for advanced earn business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plan.
- Initiate specific campaign and marketing proposals, and work closely with other internal teams (product team, data team and external partner) to deliver results.
- Measure ROI of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.
- Copywriting and proof-reading content pieces, including announcement, social media, communications and so on.
- Understand the dynamics of the industry, guide and enhance the user readership and following rate through content planning and other means.
Requirements
- Had experience in developing marketing strategy in driving user growth, hands on experience in operations, community management.
- Knowledge in finance and crypto industry is required, knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management is desirable.
- User insight and modelling skills with strong business sense.
- Basic knowledge about data analysis tools, proficiency using Excel/Sheets is a must.
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the communities and partners.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Fully remote, open to candidates from different countries in Asia/Middle East time zone.
