This program offers an immersive experience in the Web3 space, allowing participants to understand the operations of the leading blockchain ecosystem. Responsibilities include assisting in marketing campaign execution for content growth, user retention, and acquisition, brainstorming creative marketing ideas, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring campaign performance, and staying updated on crypto industry trends and creator activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, ambition, goal-orientation, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and with global remote teams. Familiarity with the crypto space is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and executing marketing campaigns for content growth, user retention and user acquisition for a global audience
- Brainstorm creative marketing ideas that will resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates on key metrics
- Stay updated with the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto industry, identifying emerging crypto creators and tracking competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive effective strategies.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaborate with remote global team members.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in relevant marketing fields, particularly within the crypto space.
