WHAT YOUR NEXT POSITION INCLUDES

• Together with the branch manager, you are responsible for a JYSK branch
• In accordance with JYSK values, you ensure that the branch team is 100% focused on sales and customers
• You take the initiative to positively influence key figures and motivate the team to achieve great results
• You implement and maintain branch concepts and routines
• You enjoy movement and physical work and act as a role model by also taking responsibility for sales and routine tasks in the branch

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Experience in team leadership and development is nice to have
