Job Description

This role involves monitoring GIT's budgetary planning and execution, managing Cenpes' transversal processes including updating powers of attorney, and formalizing external representations. Responsibilities also include diligent information gathering for organizational adjustments and managing mandatory training and other people-related matters. Must have:
  • Monitoring of GIT's budgetary planning and execution in articulation with other departments.
  • Management of Cenpes' transversal processes: updating powers of attorney.
  • Formalization and control of representations in external entities.
  • Diligence of information for organizational adjustments.
  • Diligence of mandatory training and other matters related to people management.

Job Details

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the attributions;
  • SAP;
  • Power BI;
  • Excel;
  • Power Point;
  • SharePoint.

EDUCATION

  • Higher education in Engineering, Administration, or Economics.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-graduation MBA in Controllership or Corporate Finance or Public Policies
