Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in AdTech or related digital domains to shape the future of a global, self-serve advertising platform. In this role, you will work closely with international publishers, advertisers, and cross-functional product teams to define requirements, map complex integrations, and ensure a seamless campaign management experience. You will dive deep into a high-load AdTech environment, collaborating on real-time integrations with ad servers, CRMs, and payment providers. From ad forecasting to advanced targeting, you’ll translate business needs into clear specifications that empower engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions used by thousands of advertisers worldwide. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a white-label platform that transforms how media companies and SMBs run advertising campaigns. You will play a key role in solving industry challenges by helping publishers maximize inventory value while providing advertisers with transparent, self-serve access to digital campaigns.
Must Have
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and complex third-party integrations.
- Create detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with engineers, QA specialists, product managers, and client stakeholders.
- Support planning, estimation, and release management processes.
- Analyze advertising workflows and AdTech integrations to optimize campaign management and platform efficiency.
- Take ownership of backlog and requirements management processes for new feature development.
- Work with the AdTech stack, including integrations with ad servers, CRMs, and payment providers.
- Define processes for complex ad operations and campaign management scenarios.
- Contribute to the development of a high-load, industry-leading advertising platform.
- Act as a lead analyst, driving backlog management, requirements prioritization, and cross-team communication.
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or product owner.
- Solid background in AdTech, MarTech, or the digital advertising domain.
- Proven hands-on experience in requirements gathering, user story creation, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience with API integrations, payment systems, CRMs, and ad servers.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and programmatic advertising flows
- Experience working with high-load platforms and real-time integrations
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

They provide state-of-the-art self-serve advertising platforms that enable seamless, direct transactions between advertisers and some of the world’s largest publishers. Their mission is to make advertising more accessible, automated, and efficient through innovative technology. Together, we serve globally recognized clients such as TripAdvisor, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, Opera, Dow Jones, etc.
PROJECT
The project is a scalable white-label ad platform used by major global publishers.
Job Description

- Work closely with engineers, QA specialists, product managers, and client stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- Support planning, estimation, and release management processes of a multinational, distributed team
- Analyze advertising workflows and AdTech integrations to optimize campaign management and platform efficiency
- Take ownership of backlog and requirements management processes for new feature development
- Work with the AdTech stack, including integrations with ad servers, CRMs, and payment providers to ensure smooth, end-to-end workflows
- Define processes for complex ad operations and campaign management scenarios
- Contribute to the development of a high-load, industry-leading advertising platform used globally
- Act as a lead analyst, driving backlog management, requirements prioritization, and cross-team communication
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or product owner
- Solid background in AdTech, MarTech, or the digital advertising domain
