Paytm is seeking a Business Analyst for Merchant Growth to drive the charter for MAU on the Paytm for Business app. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify trends, setting up automated dashboards, developing and maintaining databases, and preparing reports for management. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, expertise in Excel, SQL, and Hive, experience handling large datasets, and excellent communication and project management abilities to influence stakeholders.

A person in this role will work on solving Merchant growth and monetisation on the Paytm for Bu app.
Responsibilities:
Become the backbone of Paytm’s merchant growth trajectory.
1. Collaborate with the merchant growth team to drive charter for MAU on Paytm for Business
app.
2. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and help
increase Paytm’s bottom line.
3. Setup robust automated dashboards to drive performance management
4. Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
5. Prepare reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to determine necessary data for
testing hypotheses and driving insights.
2. Advanced analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, and Hive.
3. Experience in handling large-scale datasets efficiently.
4. Strong communication and project management abilities.
5. Ability to interact with and influence business stakeholders effectively.
6. Experience with web analytics platforms is a plus.
7. Experience range 3-6 years
