Ringier Axel Springer Polska is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales goals in content marketing for Noizz. The role involves creating and executing content marketing projects from offer preparation to post-implementation analysis, managing project timelines, costs, scope, and quality. The manager will also be responsible for identifying trends, developing innovative solutions, collaborating with internal teams, preparing sales presentations, and participating in client negotiations and events.
Must have:
  • Achieving sales targets for content marketing on Noizz website and social media.
  • Creating and implementing content marketing projects based on briefs and push offers.
  • Coordinating content marketing projects from offer preparation to realization and closing.
  • Developing clear and achievable project goals, managing time, costs, scope, and quality.
  • Following trends and creating new, non-standard content marketing solutions for Noizz.
  • Proactive collaboration with other departments within the company.
  • Preparing sales presentations.
  • Participating in business arrangements, meetings, and client negotiations.
  • Presenting at internal and client meetings, webinars, and company events.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the company's sales goals in accordance with defined quantitative and qualitative parameters in the area of content marketing on the Noizz website and social media
  • Creating and implementing content marketing projects in response to briefs and for push offers
  • Coordinating content marketing projects at all stages of creation – from offer preparation, through implementation, to closing in the form of a summary and case study
  • Developing clear and achievable project goals, managing time, costs, scope, and quality
  • Following trends and creating new, non-standard solutions in the area of content marketing on the Noizz website and social media
  • Proactive cooperation with other departments in the company
  • Preparing sales presentations
  • Participation in business arrangements, meetings, and negotiations with clients
  • Presentations at internal and client meetings, webinars, company events

Our requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in the internet and media market industry
  • Knowledge of the internet and media market and knowledge of key performance indicators
  • Very good knowledge of social media
  • Knowledge of clients from various industries
  • Very good work organization (ability to plan, prioritize, punctuality, accuracy)
  • Passion for sales and client meetings
  • Independence and responsibility
  • Ability to work effectively under time pressure
  • Ability to work in a team and actively take initiative
  • Communication skills
  • Creativity
  • Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of English enabling offer preparation and fluent business communication
