The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the crypto industry. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with Influencers and KOLs, and driving revenue and market share growth. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide market insights. Responsibilities include building relationships with local Influencers and KOLs, planning and executing marketing activities, designing and executing campaigns, localizing global marketing campaigns, expanding the user base, identifying potential affiliates, and analyzing campaign metrics.

Must Have:- 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience
- Based in São Paulo
- Experience building large affiliate networks
- Project management skills and ability to manage priorities
- Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs
- Understanding of cryptocurrency space and blockchain
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
