Activity Description:
Work with Sector Managements to support service routines in the areas of systemic solutions and tools for process improvement/optimization/automation, and the development of panels and dashboards for performance evaluation, allowing the monitoring and treatment of deviations found, in interaction with stakeholders, recording in the system and issuing reports according to the governance established for each type of demand.
