Summary: As a Business Process Designer, your typical day involves analyzing, developing, and enhancing workflows to ensure optimal efficiency. You will identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions. Collaborating closely with business users, you will define detailed product requirements and use cases, while also designing continuous monitoring and feedback mechanisms to refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of process design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Experience in workflow design and optimization techniques. - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
