The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

• Moloco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Strategy Intern to join our fast-growing global tech team, focusing on Streaming Media and CTV (Connected TV) business.
• This role is ideal for candidates passionate about combining data-driven thinking with business and sales strategy in the tech industry. You will work at the intersection of product, data, and customer success — preparing yourself for future roles as a Product Specialist, GTM Strategist, or even a full-time Data Scientist.
• If you have a technical (engineering/data) background with a business mindset, or a business/management background with strong tech/data experience, you are exactly who we are looking for.
• This opportunity is also a strong stepping stone for candidates aspiring toward consulting, tech business strategy, or product-driven career paths.

The Opportunity:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive GTM insights and product positioning.
• Assist with campaign tracking and go-to-market planning alongside regional GTM, PMM (Product Marketing), and PSO (Product Specialist) teams.
• Analyze basic campaign performance data, building SQL queries, dashboards, and automated reports to generate actionable insights.
• Support localized marketing materials, client presentations, sales kits, and other internal enablement materials.
• Help organize customer feedback loops to guide product development and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, PSO, and Sales teams.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects such as case studies, client onboarding, and event support initiatives.
• Communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, influencing decisions with clear, data-backed recommendations.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• Current student in a Bachelor's or Master’s program and able to complete an internship of at least 6 months
• Strong interest in business strategy, sales growth, data analytics, or customer success within a tech-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Proactive, organized, highly curious, and detail-oriented.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to frame and solve ambiguous business problems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or project experience in consulting, business analysis, product marketing, product management, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with SQL, basic scripting languages (e.g., Python for analysis), Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Understanding of SaaS, mobile advertising, CTV/Streaming platforms, or cloud-based technologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams or startup environments.
• A strong interest in consulting careers, growth strategy roles, or tech solution architecture.
