Hogarth Worldwide, Chennai is seeking a Business Support Executive to report to the Business Support Manager. This role involves providing comprehensive support to Group Account Directors across various geographies. Key responsibilities include finance support such as generating estimates, actualizing against timesheets, validating invoices, and maintaining trackers. Administrative duties include timesheet management, project creation, user account updates, and staff tracking. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative support experience, strong data management skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
Must have:
  • Generate estimates for client ad-hoc, quarterly, and special projects.
  • Actualise estimates against timesheets for invoicing.
  • Validate and consolidate freelance invoices and OOP expenses.
  • Maintain invoice trackers.
  • Assist in validating data in finance/timesheet reporting system.
  • Create and activate projects, aligning with estimates.
  • Create and update user accounts as per staff tracker information.
  • Send welcome emails to all new joiners.
  • Maintain all staff information in tracking sheets.
  • 3+ years experience in providing administrative support to global stakeholders.
  • Experience in data / information management.
  • Results driven and adds value.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility in multi-regional work timings.
  • Maintains lasting client relationships internally & externally.
  • Reinforces team approach throughout development efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active not re-active.

The Role:

Hogarth Worldwide, Chennai is looking for a Business Support Executive who will be reporting into the Business Support Manager, and will support the Group Account Directors across geographies in the following:

Responsibilities:

**Finance Support:

**

  • Take brief on client ad-hoc, quarterly and special projects staffing requirements and generate estimates, using client-specific templates.
  • Actualise estimates against timesheets, in preparation for invoicing.
  • Validate and consolidate freelance invoices, OOP expenses, in preparation for invoicing.
  • Maintain invoice trackers
  • Assist in validating data in finance / timesheet reporting system

Admin Support

  • Timesheets management:
  • Create and activate projects, aligning with estimate ơ Create and update user accounts as per staff tracker information
  • Send Welcome email to all new joiners
  • Staff Tracking:
  • Maintain all staff information in staff tracking sheets, updating with aly team changes and ensuring all information is captured and accurate
