This 12-18 month contract position requires a Business Systems Analyst to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions for Merchandise operations. Responsibilities include user requirement gathering, technical implementation and sustainment of Merchandise applications, developing test cases and strategies, collaborating with internal and external partners, providing Level 2 application support, analyzing performance metrics, preparing system documentation, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Retail Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Point-of-Sale solutions, along with hands-on experience in Oracle databases and Windows/Linux environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Good To Have:- Retail Supply Chain, Warehouse and POS solutions experience
- Weblogic Server knowledge
Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1-6 years of IT system implementation and support experience
- Oracle database, Windows and Linux experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese)
