This 12-18 month contract position requires a Business Systems Analyst to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions for Merchandise operations. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, technical implementation and support, developing test cases and strategies (unit, integration, performance, acceptance testing), collaborating with internal and external partners, providing Level 2 application support, analyzing performance metrics, improving application efficiency, creating and maintaining system documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in IT systems implementation and support, preferably within a retail supply chain environment. Experience with Oracle databases, Windows and Linux is essential. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese are required.

Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
