This 12-18 month contract position requires a Business Systems Analyst to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions for Merchandise operations. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, technical implementation and sustainment of Merchandise applications, developing test cases and strategies (unit, integration, performance, acceptance testing), collaborating with internal and external vendors, providing Level 2 application support, monitoring application performance, preparing system documentation and training materials, and ensuring systems meet compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of IT systems implementation and support experience, with retail supply chain experience a plus. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
Good To Have:- Retail Supply Chain, Warehouse & POS solutions experience
- Weblogic Server knowledge
Must Have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1-6 years IT systems implementation & support experience
- Experience with Oracle database, Windows and Linux
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese)
