Job Description

Key responsibilities include registering suppliers, generating quotations, issuing purchase orders in SAP B1, monitoring deliveries, managing import/export documents, assisting with customs and tax documentation, and sending financial documents to accounting. This role requires a proactive, analytical individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or Engineering
  • Knowledge of ERP SAP B1
  • Tax Knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS)
Must Have:
  • Register suppliers
  • Make quotations with suppliers
  • Issue purchase orders in SAP B1
  • Monitor delivery times
  • Issue import/export documents
  • Assist in checking customs/tax documents
  • Sending tax/financial documents to accounting
  • Intermediate/advanced English

Key Responsabilities
·         Register suppliers in the system.
·         Make quotations with suppliers.
·         Issue purchase orders in the SAP B1 ERP system.
·         Monitor delivery times with suppliers.
·         Issue import and/or export documents, assisting and monitoring the flow of documents with interested parties.
·         Assist in checking customs and tax documents.
·         Assist in checking NCMs and taxes.
·        Sending tax and financial documents to accounting.

Qualifications and Experience
·         Bachelor's Degree or studying, Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics and Engineering.
·         2+ year´s experience in the area.
·         Intermediate/advanced English (writing and conversation).

Technical Skills
·         Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point
·         Knowledge of ERP SAP B1.
·         Tax Knowledge (ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS).
