Manufacturing Coordinator (Material Management)

Zeeco is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator for its Supply Chain Division in Hwaseong, South Korea. This full-time, on-site role involves comprehensive material management, including inbound/outbound processing, inventory control, warehouse organization, and administrative tasks. Must Have

• Manage raw/subsidiary materials and product inbound/outbound.
• Perform on-site inspection of incoming materials (quantity, specs, quality) and process inbound.
• Support material outbound according to production plans and finished product shipment.
• Conduct physical inventory (Cycle Count) and regular inventory checks.
• Manage material storage locations and adhere to FIFO principles.
• Maintain organization and safety in warehouses and storage areas.
• Prepare inbound/outbound slips, inventory documents, and input into ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Quality Control departments on material issues.
• Negotiate logistics and delivery schedules with external partners.
• Capable of performing practical tasks like on-site inspection and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in basic PC usage and document creation (e.g., Excel).
• Possess strong responsibility and meticulousness for accurate inventory management.
• Demonstrate smooth communication and collaboration skills.

Manufacturing Coordinator (Material Management)

Responsibilities

• Management of Raw/Subsidiary Materials and Product Inbound/Outbound
• On-site inspection of quantity, specifications, and quality status of incoming materials and processing inbound.

• Loading/unloading and transportation support using forklifts, etc. (if necessary).

• Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Performing physical inventory (Cycle Count) and regular inventory checks.
• Managing material storage locations and adhering to FIFO principles.
• Organization and safety management of warehouses and storage areas.

• Material Administration and Collaboration
• Preparation of inbound/outbound slips and inventory-related documents, and input into computer systems (ERP, etc.).
• Consultation with Purchasing and Quality Control departments regarding material inbound/defects/specifications.
• Negotiation of logistics and delivery schedules with external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience: New hires and experienced candidates are welcome (Experienced candidates are requested to detail their relevant experience).
• Work Abilities:
• Capable of performing practical tasks such as on-site inspection and warehouse operations (combining office and field work).
• Capable of basic PC usage and document creation (Excel, etc.).
• Required Attitude:
• Strong sense of responsibility and meticulousness for accurate inventory and quantity management.
• Possesses smooth communication and collaboration skills between departments/partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in production, material, or logistics management in industries related to petrochemical plant equipment.
• Certifications/Licenses: Forklift operator license or completion certificate holder.
• Technical Skills: Excellent Excel proficiency.
