Job Description
The Infrastructure Team at CyberArk is seeking a C++ Team Leader to build and lead a new team focused on a major initiative planned for 2025. The team will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end services that protect sensitive assets through access control, cryptography, and secure communication, adhering to the highest security standards. The goal is to create a scalable, fault-tolerant, high-load, and distributed system. The team leader will be responsible for establishing the team from the ground up and driving the project's success.
Must have:
- Lead and manage a new team.
- Develop and maintain back-end services.
- Implement access control, cryptography, and secure communication.

We are the Infrastructure Team of CyberArk. Our group provides back-end services to all CyberArk applications.
Our group's mission is to protect sensitive assets using an access control layer (authentication & authorization), cryptography, and secure communication while practicing the highest security standards.
Our goal is to build and maintain a scalable, fault-tolerant, high-load, distributed system.
We are searching for an outstanding R&D team leader to join and establish a new team from scratch and to lead one of the major CyberArk initiatives for 2025.
