Synergy Sports is seeking Live Stream Camera Operators to capture video and live stream youth basketball games and events. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down camera/streaming equipment, capturing all games on a court, managing live streams, assisting with video file transfers, and high-volume video capture. The role involves working weekends and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Training will be provided. The position offers compensation of $25 per game, with approximately 8-10 games per day. The work hours will be approximately 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Must have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Dependable and reliable
Willingness to work weekends
Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods
Familiarity with camera/streaming equipment
18 years or older

Good to have:

Previous experience with sports video capture/live streaming
Knowledge & understanding of the sport of basketball
Transportation to/from Gymnasium

OVERVIEW:

Synergy Sports is in search of Live Stream Camera Operators to assist with video capture and live streaming of youth basketball games and events in your area!

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Setup and break down of camera/streaming equipment for an assigned court or venue. (Synergy Sports will provide all equipment & training)
Video capture of all games on one court for the duration of the event.
Live stream management of all games on one court for the duration of the event.
Assist the Production Lead with video file transfers and management.
High volume video capture for events with back-to-back games.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Dependable and reliable.
Willingness to work weekends.
Ability to lift ~35 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Familiarity with camera/streaming equipment (tripods, cameras, laptops, cabling, etc.)
18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with sports video capture/live streaming.
Knowledge & understanding of the sport of basketball.
Transportation to/from Gymnasium.

***Live Stream Camera Operators are compensated $25 per game. Approximately 8-10 games per day; however, the number of games will vary by location and event. Hours will be approximately 8:00am - 8:00pm but subject to change.

**Hired camera operators will receive remote training prior to the event and on-site training from the Production Lead.
