Job Description

This role involves ensuring accuracy in the physical management and movement of documents and volumes, strictly adhering to safety standards and operational procedures. Responsibilities include implementing and managing volumes in the internal system, collaborating with the Operations team for document location and transport, and ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in material handling and/or inventory, basic Office Suite skills, and proven abilities in concentrated attention, work organization, and agility. A high school diploma is required.
Must Have:
  • Ensure accuracy in the management and physical movement of documents and volumes.
  • Strictly comply with all safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Implement and manage volumes (boxes) in the internal system.
  • Receive demands, check, and prepare volumes for storage.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to locate, move, and transport boxes and documents within the unit.
  • Utilize equipment and follow tracking procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health (including PPE use), and internal regulations.
  • Care for the conservation of volumes and equipment.
  • Strong knowledge in material handling and/or inventory.
  • Basic Office Suite skills.
  • Proven ability in concentrated attention.
  • Proven ability in work organization.
  • Proven ability in agility.
  • High school diploma.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in the physical management and movement of documents and volumes, in addition to strictly complying with all safety standards and operational procedures.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and manage volumes (boxes) in the internal system, receiving demands, checking and preparing the volume for storage, ensuring process guarantee.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and support areas to locate, move and transport boxes and documents within the unit, using equipment and following tracking procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health standards (including the use of PPE) and internal regulations, ensuring the conservation of volumes and equipment.

What You Will Bring (Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge in material handling and/or inventory, and Basic Office Suite.
  • Proven ability in concentrated attention, work organization and agility, essential for accuracy and efficiency in locating and archiving documents.
  • Complete High School.
