RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respect safety rules and procedures and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company and work hygiene established for your area of activity;
- Implement and include volumes (boxes) in the internal SKP (SafeKeeper) system, receive and check demand, change cardboard when necessary and release volume for storage, thus maintaining the organization and guarantee of processes;
- Move boxes manually or with the aid of manual or self-propelled equipment, within the Unit's premises;
- Locate the places (addresses) where the boxes will be stored according to the internal SKP system, and take them to this location, using various resources, such as: barcode reader, carts, ladders, shelves equipped with casters, etc;
- Search for and locate document boxes, following instructions or address indications (corridors, shelves, levels, etc.) established by current procedures or instructions given by the superior. After research work, return these volumes to the initial location;
- Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for evaluation and control of individual and departmental production;
- Ensure that all volumes and equipment used are preserved in good condition;
- Report any changes or irregularities in cargo handling equipment, assisting in filling out the checklist;
- When there is no work directly related to your function, you may assist other departments.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma
- Concentrated attention, agility, proactivity, work organization and teamwork.
