Job Description

Techland seeks a highly skilled CEO Personal Assistant in Wrocław, Poland. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, acting as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, preparing correspondence and presentations, coordinating travel, managing expenses, assisting with board meetings, handling confidential information, anticipating the CEO's needs, and liaising with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, excellent communication (English and Polish), discretion, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in calendar management, travel planning, and corporate environments is essential.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional CEO Personal Assistant to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. As the right hand to our Chief Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating high-level meetings, and ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's office.

Your daily tasks: 

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including international trips.
  • Manage expenses and prepare expense reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings and other high-level corporate events.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Liaise with other executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and research as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrating self-confidence and assertiveness in effective communication.
  • Skilled in overseeing and managing assigned financial budgets.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems, including invoice reconciliation and cost allocation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in calendar management and travel planning.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and understanding of business operations.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Driving license (cat B).

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Ability to use AI tools to optimize and automate daily tasks.
  • Understanding of the gaming/entertainment industry.
