Job Description

As a Change & Communications Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing change and communication strategies to promote adoption, engagement, and cultural change within the organization. This involves working closely with senior leaders and employees to align communications and change initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading change management planning, developing communication strategies for cultural programs, managing stakeholder communications, and designing leadership communication plans. You will collaborate with transformation and People & Culture (P&C) workstream leads to ensure alignment across organisational priorities. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in change management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate and hands-on Change & Communications Lead to join our People & Culture (P&C) team and support a fast-paced transformation within our media business. In this role, you’ll develop and deliver impactful change and communication strategies that drive adoption, build engagement, and embed cultural change at every level of the organisation.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and employees to align communications and change initiatives across key transformation workstreams—ensuring clarity, connection, and confidence as we evolve the way we work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management planning using proven frameworks (such as ADKAR) to support adoption of strategic people initiatives (e.g. culture evolution, capability uplift, business transformation).

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that create awareness and desire for cultural programs (e.g. driving high performance and innovation).

  • Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring timely, targeted, and transparent messaging to the ELT, leaders, and employees across transformation initiatives.

  • Design and deliver leadership communication plans and tailored business unit (BU) change strategies that support leadership capability and change readiness.

  • Collaborate with transformation and P&C workstream leads to identify dependencies and drive alignment across organisational priorities.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in change management and internal communications, ideally within complex or creative organisations.
  • Strong understanding of change frameworks (ADKAR, Force-Field, etc.) and the ability to apply them pragmatically to real-world people and culture initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging executive leaders and frontline teams.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability—able to craft clear, compelling, and engaging communications.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work at pace in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
