Grammarly is seeking a Channel Partner Manager for the Germany/DACH region to build a strong partner ecosystem. This role will focus on expanding Grammarly's reach through partnerships with Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators to enhance sales and service of Grammarly-based solutions. Responsibilities include recruiting, enabling, and activating partners, driving sales growth through go-to-market strategies, developing joint business cases, and managing partner sales teams to exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in partner sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Grammarly offers a dynamic hybrid model, and candidates in this role can be based remotely. You may be expected to travel to meet in person during your team’s scheduled collaboration weeks. Managers will in-person time according to business needs.

The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager, Germany/DACH to join our Global Channels and Alliances Organization. This role will establish a robust partner ecosystem across the Germany/DACH region. The goal is to enhance Grammarly’s value proposition and expand our reach, ultimately connecting with our top customers by leveraging new partnerships with Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators.

As the Channel Partner Manager for Germany/DACH, you will be responsible for establishing and leading recruiting, enabling, and activating a network of productive partners. This initiative aims to enhance the sales and service of Grammarly-based solutions. 

In this role, you will:

  • Scale Grammarly's customer sales and success objectives in the Germany/DACH market through the recruitment and engagement of top-tier Resellers and global and Regional System Integrators.
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques to strategically recruit suitable partners, resulting in reduced activation time and increased mutual business impact.
  • Develop a business case-driven activation plan in collaboration with solution architects, partner marketing managers, and other supporting teams.

Key results to achieve:

  • Drive exceptional sales growth by demonstrating effective leadership, building strong partnerships, and executing a well-planned go-to-market strategy for market growth and expansion.
  • Clearly define and communicate a strategic vision by territory, encompassing funnel/account/territory status, resource needs, challenges, and achievements.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of frontline Partner Sales and Solution Sales Executives to exceed sales targets for Grammarly. Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Engage effectively with major partners and prospects to stimulate revenue growth and ensure success.
  • Create comprehensive and compelling long-term joint business cases in partnership with approved Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators.
  • Launch a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to generate a partner-influenced pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional team members.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Partner Sales.

  • Has proven ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. Experienced in working closely with channel partners.

  • Proactively seeks opportunities to initiate change and positively disrupt the status quo.
  • Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
