Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Channel Sales Manager to build and scale our distribution network for Credit Cards and Personal Loans at Fi Money. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding, managing, and growing relationships with DSAs and channel partners, while ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and high-quality customer experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to design sales strategies, enable partners with the right tools, and drive consistent business growth.
Must have:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard DSAs and other channel partners for credit cards & personal loans.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure consistent engagement and performance.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all partner queries and escalations.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion through DSAs and channel partners.
  • Implement sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct product, process, and compliance training sessions for partners.
  • Support partners with sales enablement materials and pitch guidance.
  • Track DSA/channel performance against defined KPIs (lead flow, conversion rates, disbursals, etc.).
  • Provide MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Ensure all partner activities comply with regulatory norms, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
  • Address red flags and implement preventive measures for operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard DSAs and other channel partners for credit cards & personal loans.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure consistent engagement and performance.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all partner queries and escalations.

Sales Growth & Strategy

  • Drive lead generation and conversion through DSAs and channel partners.
  • Implement sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed business targets.

Training & Enablement

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in DSA/channel sales, preferably in credit cards, personal loans, or unsecured lending.
  • Strong understanding of retail lending products and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and deliver under tight deadlines.

This is a 5 days work from office role and office is in Brookfield, Bengaluru.
