About the Studio Department

The Studio Department, to which this position belongs, is responsible for all production, including models, stages, and direction, for 3D LIVE events held by our group's IP businesses such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC". During offline events, we also handle the setup of the on-site streaming environment.

The Studio Department is divided into teams for character modeling, stage production, technical development, and motion capture studio management/operation, but everyone works as one team to create a single event.

In addition to our group's IP businesses, we also undertake production work for companies with whom we have business alliances.

Recruitment Background

To further improve the quality of virtual and 3D LIVE events, we are recruiting a Character Set Upper due to the expansion of our existing IPs and the creation of new businesses centered on IP business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up 3D models of characters for various IPs operated by our group, such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC".

Job Overview

For each character:

• Setting up swaying objects in 3D models
• Setting up VRM models

Depending on your skills and aptitude, you may also be entrusted with modeling and rigging.

• You can be involved in many 3D LIVE and event productions in short cycles.
• You can plan and propose "how to make characters look more attractive?" instead of just creating performances according to specifications.
• In the future, you can aim to become a leader of the Unity team or a technical development manager responsible for producing LIVEs and events with higher quality.

Required Experience and Skills

• Experience using Unity (any number of years)
• VRM / SpringBone / Dynamic Bone / MagicaCloth1 or 2
• Experience in MMD production or VRChat use is acceptable, regardless of commercial or personal projects.

• Experience using 3DCG production tools such as Blender or Maya
• Experience in 3DCG rigging
• Experience in 3D animation production
• Experience working on projects using motion capture

Trial period: 3 months

• During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.

Salary

Annual salary 3.084 million JPY to 6 million JPY

Monthly salary 257,000 JPY to 500,000 JPY

• Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (65,776 JPY to 127,720 JPY).
• Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
• Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Work Location / Map

• Access: 5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station on JR Yamanote Line/Keihin-Tohoku Line / Mita Station on Toei Mita Line

Working Hours

Flex-time system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Standard working hours per day: 8 hours

• Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)

• If events fall on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays, attendance will be required.
• In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
