Chatbot Developer

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Chatbot Developer with over 4 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying robust chatbot solutions. The role requires proficiency in AWS Lex, Python, AWS Lambda, AWS DynamoDB, and Google Dialogflow, focusing on building conversational flows and integrating with various systems. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects, adhering to best engineering practices like CI/CD and TDD, and providing technical support. Candidates must also have experience with Salesforce Data Cloud tools for custom applications, data pipelines, and implementing data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity.

Must Have

• Design, develop, and test chatbot solutions
• Leverage AWS Lex, Python, AWS Lambda, and AWS DynamoDB
• Build conversation flow & CCAI/Google Dialogflow
• Collaborate with technical analyst/solution architects
• Follow best engineering practices (clean reusable code, CI, TDD, IaC)
• Provide technical software support
• 4+ years experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on AWS Lex/Connect/CCAI/Google Dialogflow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate to technical specifications
• Build custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud tools
• Develop and optimize data models
• Implement data governance and security best practices

Your Role

• Design, development and testing of chatbot solutions leveraging AWS Lex, Python, AWS Lambda, and AWS DynamoDB.
• Experience in building conversation flow & CCAI/Google Dailogflow.
• Collaborate with technical analyst / solution architects to assist with solution design.
• Take ownership and accountability beyond individual deliverables, always pushing the envelope in order to deliver awesome results for our Business stakeholders.
• Follow and promote best engineering practices like clean reusable code, Continuous Integration (CI), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Infrastructure as Code etc.
• Provide technical software support, including investigation and qualification of bugs, interpreting procedure manuals, and maintaining accurate documentation

Your Profile

• Experience of 4+ years in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on AWS Lex/Connect/CCAI/Google Dialogflow.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Experience in building custom applications, integrations, and data pipelines using Salesforce Data Cloud tools and technologies.
• Experience in developing and optimize data models to support business processes and reporting needs.
• Experience in implementing data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
