About the Role
We are excited to add a Client Success Manager to our growing team - ideally located in the CST or EST time zones. This individual will play a key part in the development of Frameplay’s Direct and Agency sales program as intrinsic in-game advertising becomes a major part of the world’s media mix. The position owns portions of each relationship and is a vital point of contact for our clients’ day to day success, bringing intrinsic in-game ad solutions to their client base. The CSM will need to have at least 3 years of Media/AdTech experience, a significant knowledge of the media landscape, and be well versed in Salesforce, Ad Serving, Programmatic, and Reporting and Analytics. This role will report to our SVP of Operations, supporting our Demand Team.

This position is a Remote position, and we will consider applicants in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) Time Zones. We honor pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program (where applicable), a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
