Frameplay, a global leader in intrinsic in-game advertising, is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) for its Direct and Agency sales program. The CSM will be a vital point of contact for clients, managing relationships from sales handoff through campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. This role requires at least 3 years of Media/AdTech experience, a strong understanding of the media landscape, and proficiency in Salesforce, Ad Serving, Programmatic, and Analytics. The CSM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and act as a thought leader in the in-game advertising space. About the Role

We are excited to add a Client Success Manager  to our growing team - ideally located in the CST or EST time zones.  This individual will play a key part in the development of Frameplay’s Direct and Agency sales program as intrinsic in-game advertising becomes a major part of the world’s media mix. The position owns portions of each relationship and is a vital point of contact for our clients’ day to day success, bringing intrinsic in-game ad solutions to their client base. The CSM will need to have at least 3 years of Media/AdTech experience, a significant knowledge of the media landscape, and be well versed in Salesforce, Ad Serving, Programmatic, and Reporting and Analytics. This role will report to our SVP of Operations, supporting our Demand Team.


Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all direct and agency clients at Frameplay, inclusive of sales hand off, enablement, onboarding, day to day campaign creation/management and reporting 
  • Be the lead and POC for clients on campaigns from sales’ handoff from start to finish: including setup, implementation, as well as optimizations, recommendations on creative, and helping with reporting/campaign recaps
  • Monitor media for pacing, delivery, and flight date discrepancies, ensuring a high attention to detail upon go-live, mid flight, and end of campaign
  • Provide support and communicate status of campaigns, issues or delays, and addressing any day-to-day aspects or questions for campaigns
  • Own reporting needs for clients, as well as marketing collateral as needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with many cross-functional teams to achieve client goals
  • Help create processes and establish best-practice workflows to eliminate redundancies and increase productivity
  • Programmatic and Media experience is very helpful, including knowledge of DSP and SSP systems, as well as knowledge of Mobile, CTV, DOOH, and Streaming
  • Ability to train and support strategic selling partners
  • Other duties as assigned


 Your Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work within a highly collaborative, dynamic environmentUnderstanding how to build a media plan, and how to optimize based on data 
  • Interacting with partners, potential partner clients, our vendor partners as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Detailed and analytical nature; with a high degree of organization
  • Excited to keep up with the latest progress and trends in AdTech!
  • Preferred Additional Qualifications
    • Prior experience selling or buying media
    • Account management or client service experience
    • Deep Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Required Academic & Work Experience
    • BA or BS degree in a marketing or analytical field
    • 3+ years of progressive advertising operations experience
    • Experience in gaming, advertising, or digital media
    • IAB Ad Operations Certification or equivalent a plus

This position is a Remote position, and we will consider applicants in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) Time Zones. We honor pay transparency, and the base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 plus eligibility for the company bonus program (where applicable), a suite of employee benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Actual compensation can vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
