As a Commercial Sales Account Executive at BigID, you will be responsible for prospecting, driving renewals, and upsells in the Brazilian market. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executives. You will need to develop and execute an account strategy to close new business, identify partner enablement needs, and align with internal resources. Furthermore, you'll be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly quota expectations. The role requires a proactive individual who can adapt in a fast-paced environment within the SaaS industry.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of sales experience required.
  • Sales experience in the technology (SaaS) industry preferred.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding quota for at least 3 years.
  • Strong executive selling and business development skills.
  • Understanding of emerging data protection regulations.

Who we seek:

We seek a Commercial Sales Account Executive to join our LATAM team supporting our Brazilian customers. You will be responsible for prospecting and driving renewals and upsells in the defined region. Our ideal candidate is someone who has an upbeat attitude with hands-on prospecting and full sales cycle account management experience. Candidates should be self-starters and motivated to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, develop, and execute an account strategy to close new business and drive growth
  •   Establish positive business relationships with key stakeholders and senior-level executives
  •   Develop a partner ecosystem by building a plan for ACV growth tied to the region’s strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partners
  • Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast in BigID’s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, and information is accurate
  • Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & BigID stakeholders and adjust strategies
  • Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal resources to fill the gaps
  • Develop and execute a prospecting strategy to target commercial prospects in your assigned region
  • Own each step of the sales cycle from lead qualification to closing
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quota expectations and key business metrics

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience required
  • Prior sales experience in the technology (SaaS) industry is preferred,  Data, Security, Cybersecurity, SecOps, Risk
  • Proven track record of at least 3 continuous years of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM models
  • Have a grounding in emerging data protection regulations like GDPR, LGPD
  • Ability to articulate and present well to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter and self-motivated - a tenacious individual who isn’t afraid of taking initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
