What you'll be doing

DON'T NOD is looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to join its communications team. Reporting to the Brand Manager at the Montreal studio and affiliated with the Communications department in Paris, you will create and develop the online community around the brand-new narrative adventure IP currently under development at the DON'T NOD Montreal studio. You'll also have the opportunity to support other DON'T NOD projects as part of the group's Social Media team.

This key role will involve day-to-day interaction with fans and players, as well as being responsible for shaping the new IP's online presence. Working with the on-site teams in Montreal, you'll also be in charge of the corporate social networks associated with the Montreal studio.

Your mission will be :

  1. Social media management: Create, plan and publish regular content on various social media platforms dedicated to the new IP, using a voice and tone that are inclusive and respectful of diversity, and consistent with the marketing and communications strategy;

  2. Community Engagement: Actively interact with fans, answer questions, resolve issues and encourage discussion around the IP. Be the guardian of a welcoming and caring environment for our community;

  3. Content creation: Design and conceive engaging content, including blog posts, visuals and videos, especially tailored towards TikTok and Instagram;

  4. Internal collaboration - Work closely with:

    • The Head of Communications, the Press Relations & Influence team and our Social Media team based in Paris, France;
    • The development team in Montreal to align with their creative vision and obtain exclusive behind-the-scenes information and content to share with the community;
    • Our Montreal-based Brand Manager in charge of the IP's marketing strategy;
    • The studio's Managing Director and support/administrative teams for all corporate content related to the Montreal studio.
  5. Analysis and reporting: Digital monitoring specific to the North American territory. Track social media performance indicators, analyze trends, and produce regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly;

  6. Management of corporate social networks: Manage the corporate social networks associated with the Montreal studio and align communications with the new IP and the company's vision.
